Our take
This immersion blender set is a workhorse with a 750W motor that easily purees soups and sauces. The variable speed control gives excellent precision. I love that the blade arm and parts are dishwasher safe, making cleanup a breeze. The included blade remover and wall hook are thoughtful additions. However, the 200W spec seems inconsistent with the 750W listed; I'll assume 750W is correct. It's a commercial-grade tool, so it's heavier and perhaps more than a home cook needs. The price reflects its quality. Overall, a great investment for serious blending.
